Up, Up, and Away! PUPP Launch Party a Huge Success!

On November 18, 2008, PUPP supporters joined the Board of Directors at Side Bar, near Union Square in New York City, for our Launch Party event.  We could not have asked for a better turn out and are so grateful to everyone that came out to show their support and start up this start-up!

PUPP President and Founder Rachel Herman captured everyone's attention when she took to the microphone and thanked everyone for coming.  She spoke about PUPP's mission and announced some very exciting partnerships with Project FIND and Isabella Home Care, organizations that are partnering with PUPP to better their constituents' lives.  We hope to have more news on these partnerships soon, so please check back for updates.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and helping those in need of care for their pets, please contact us today.

For the entire night of the event, the venue was packed, but there was room for all—it truly was an example of "the more, the merrier!"  We would like to take the opportunity to thank Side Bar for hosting the event and donating a free drink to every guest.  All of our guests were excited to enter the door prize drawings and we are grateful to Bulova, Biscuits and Bath, John Varvatos, Fim Salon, Monster Mutt Doggie Daycare, Eva's Play Pups, Skintology, Victoria's Secret, Domaine Select Wine Estates, NYCPets.com, Petographs, Children for Children, and Professor Vieira for their generous door prize donations.

This event marked the start of PUPP's involvement in the community and although it was as successful as we could have hoped, now that the party's over, the work truly begins and PUPP needs your support more than ever.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us today.
If you can make a donation, please donate now.
Every little bit helps us help people by helping pets.
